Located at 750 Lee Rd, Rochester, NY 14606, Lifeline Auto & Tires LLC operates as an auto repair shop serving Rochester in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Rochester, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across New York vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 amβ5 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Lifeline Auto & Tires LLC at (585) 546-5444; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is lifelinetires.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
With 4.1 out of 5 on Google from 235 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for auto repair shops in Rochester. Recent reviews are the best guide.
Rochester is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rochester follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had a 2022 Chevy Trailblazer LT. I had a brake inspection and was informed that I needed new brakes, brake pads, and rotors for the entire car. The cost was $900, which I paid the same day and received my car back later that evening. When I checked with my dealership about the make and model of my car, they suggested that I get GM parts instead of generic ones. Instead Tin recommended a third-party brand, after Tinβs installation, I experienced loud noises and pressure on my brakes. My brakes were still slipping and very noisy, and I almost crashed. The customer service and support were terrible. A couple of weeks later, I asked for clarification and a new inspection of the job. Tin βensuredβ me that all parts were properly installed and new, but that wasnβt true. Shortly after, I had to trade in the vehicle within a year of financing. He took advantage of me because I was a young black female who was in need. When I returned, he was very rude and constantly talking over me. !!!!!!DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!

Wasnt going to post this but after not being refunded for my experience and being taken advantage of I have to come here to warn people. I got tires put on and an alignment. The mechanics didnt even put valve stems in the tires which is extremely dangerous. I spent 900$ on the tires and after he said he did an alignment I drove for about 2 months and the tires started waring down. I paid over $800 for this service. I had to take it to a professional shop to get the alignment done correctly. Reached out to Tin and he said he would make things right and then just disappeared. Do yourself a favor and dont come here .

We were on our way to a doctor's appointment and heard horrible noises from my car. Sounded like something was about to fall right off my car. Managed to pull in safely to the parking lot. Went in and spoke to Tin who was extremely busy but very helpful. He was able to fit us in later that day! 3 out of 4 tires had loose lugnuts!! The rear driver side being the worst. Tin and the guys probably saved our lives that day cause it sure could have gone really bad as we had just been on 490. Thank you so much Tin for helping us and I will be coming back!!
